The 10% Savings Guarantee
Savings vary by product category, pool size, and market conditions. The guarantee exists to eliminate your risk entirely. If a pool delivers less than 10% savings compared to your current supplier, we make up the difference.
How It Works
Join a Pool
Find a product you need and commit to a pool. Your card is only charged when the pool reaches its threshold.
Compare Your Savings
Once the pool completes, compare the final per-unit price to what you currently pay from your existing supplier.
Claim if Under 10%
If your savings are less than 10%, contact us with your pool receipt and current supplier invoice. We refund the difference.
Eligibility
- First-time buyers on the platform
- Pools with 5 or more buyers
- Standard product categories (not custom or specialty orders)
- Claims submitted within 30 days of pool delivery

How to Claim
Email support@poolcures.com with:
- 1.Your PoolCures pool receipt (found in your dashboard)
- 2.Your current supplier invoice showing the price you would have paid
We review claims within 5 business days and issue refunds via the original payment method.
