What happens if a pool doesn't fill?
You get a full refund. Your payment is only captured when the pool reaches its threshold. If it doesn't fill, your card authorization is released automatically.
How does payment work?
You pay the seller directly through Stripe. PoolCures never holds your money. It's the same secure payment infrastructure used by Shopify, Lyft, and thousands of marketplaces.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Will PoolCures always be free?
During early access, yes — there are no platform fees. When we introduce fees, they'll be a small transaction fee on completed pools only. You'll never pay for browsing, posting, or joining.
Can I be both a buyer and a seller?
Yes. Many businesses buy in some categories and sell in others. You can switch between buyer and seller views from your dashboard.
What if I'm not satisfied with the product?
You can file a dispute within 30 days of delivery. We facilitate resolution between you and the seller. If needed, you can initiate a chargeback through Stripe.
