How long does approval take?
Most sellers are approved within 1-2 business days. You'll need a Stripe account to receive payments.
What fees do sellers pay?
Zero platform fees during early access. When fees activate, they're a small percentage on completed transactions only — no listing fees, no monthly charges. Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply as standard.
How does bidding work?
When buyers create a pool, you see the aggregated demand (product, quantity, location). You submit a bid with your price, lead time, and shipping terms. The lowest competitive bid wins when the pool reaches its threshold.
What's the typical bid-to-win rate?
Most pools attract 2-4 bids. Competitive pricing and fast lead times are the biggest factors. Verified sellers with strong ratings win more frequently.
When do I get paid?
Payments go directly to your Stripe account. New sellers receive payment after delivery confirmation. Verified sellers (10+ orders) get paid at shipment. Trusted sellers (50+ orders) get direct payments.
Can I choose which pools to bid on?
Yes. You see all open demand and bid only on pools that match your products and capacity. There's no obligation to bid.
